This paper explores the application of agile methodologies in technical support for electronic
laboratories within the context of public administration. With the increasing demand for efficient
and adaptable services, the adoption of agile methodologies can offer significant benefits for
project management in the fields of electronics and computing. The primary objective of this
research is to investigate the feasibility and impacts of implementing agile practices in managing
university laboratories within a public institution. Challenges faced, proposed solutions, and
outcomes are analyzed, taking into account factors such as adaptability, flexibility, and technical
expertise. In this examination of the potential and advantages of adopting agile approaches, it
becomes evident that there is a remarkable suitability for enhancing service delivery in these
academic environments. It is noteworthy that these methodologies originated in the software
development context, confirming their relevance in this research focused on a College of Technol-
ogy. The feedback received regarding the project reflects an exceedingly positive evaluation from
the team, emphasizing the recommendation of employing the tools and techniques introduced in
the project due to the benefits they provided. Moreover, there is potential for their extension to
other domains, including the public sector. |
