These consumers evaluate and study companies before making a purchase. Given this reality, this article aimed to analyze the benefits that Instrumentalized Digital Marketing on WhatsApp/Facebook offered in times of Pandemic to microentrepreneurs in the municipality of Parintins-AM. To understand how social networks are influencing, an explanation was made about the proposed objective with authors such as: Kotler, Drucker, Tavares, Vieira, among others, and, subsequently, a questionnaire was applied to four microentrepreneurs from the municipality who started using digital marketing as a tool to promote their companies. Finally, it is concluded that social networks have the power to influence consumers' purchasing decisions through the dissemination of their products in the digital environment, also used to obtain information and maintain communication, with Facebook being the most influenced media in the process. purchasing decision, through the digital marketing tool that serves as a competitive differentiator. |
