Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, using absolute and relative frequencies. Results: Between 2018 and 2022, 2020 had the highest number of notifications of pregnant women with HIV, 100% of pregnant women were brown, the most prevalent age group was 19-27 years, complete high school and living in urban areas. Prenatal care was performed by 95.83% of the pregnant women, in relation to the time of diagnosis, 54.16% knew their serological status before prenatal care, 41.67% received the diagnosis during prenatal care and 4.17% during delivery. Regarding the use of antiretrovirals, 79.17% of the pregnant women used them during prenatal care and 79.17% of them during delivery, and the outcome of pregnancy in 87.50% of cases was a live birth. Conclusion: The study highlights the need to explore more factors that lead to HIV infection in pregnant women, in order to help monitor mother-to-child transmission and contribute to research aimed at the comprehensive protection of pregnant women and children. Analisar o perfil epidemiológico de gestantes com o vírus da imunodeficiência humana (HIV) no município de Coari, Amazonas no período de 2018 a 2022. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, transversal com abordagem quantitativa, realizado utilizando dados contidos nas fichas de notificação de gestantes com HIV. Os dados foram analisados por meio da estatística descritiva, empregando as frequências absoluta e relativa. Resultados: Entre os anos de 2018 a 2022, o ano de 2020 apresentou o maior número de notificações de gestantes com HIV, 100% das gestantes eram parda, a faixa etária mais prevalente foi de 19-27 anos, ensino médio completo e morando em zona urbana. O pré-natal foi realizado por 95,83% das gestantes, em relação ao momento do diagnóstico, 54,16% conheciam sua condição sorológica antes do pré-natal, 41,67% receberam o diagnóstico durante o pré-natal e 4,17% durante o parto. Em relação ao uso de antirretroviral, 79,17% das gestantes fizeram uso durante o pré-natal e 79,17% delas durante o parto, o desfecho da gestação em 87,50% dos casos, foi nascido vivo.
