Resumo:
This study addresses the importance of simplifying concepts to make knowledge accessible to all, emphasizing the need for effective communication in a diverse society. It examines the compliance of the Amazonas State Court of Justice with the National Pact for Plain Language Judiciary, regarding the use of Organization, Systems, and Methods tools that contribute to ensuring Public Transparency for external users. The adopted methodology involves a quantitative/qualitative approach, employing descriptive techniques and focusing on case studies and bibliographic/documentary research. Data is collected through online forms distributed in FDESJ forums and from the institution's bibliographic collections. The importance of public transparency for democracy and the relationship between knowledge of rights and education levels are discussed. Lastly, the assessment of FDESJ's compliance with the National Pact for Plain Language Judiciary highlights the integrity of the Amazonian judicial system in continually improving data accessibility for external users, contributing to the development and promotion of democratic values such as transparency and equal access to justice.
