This academic memorial is an autobiographical narrative, with results from surveys of my life trajectory and my experiences in the area of Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Management and Academic Education, reporting the experiences acquired throughout these years, considering that the facts presented deal with memories of this journey traveled and the main contributions to my personal development. Its purpose is to highlight the differences between the adaptations and changes in the schools of my city Itamarati and to present the perceptions in higher education, and the methodology applied in this study are memories related to the educational trajectory presented by reports and authorial photographs, where the perception of teaching methods is visualized as a result and its positive and negative character in the life of the student is concluded depending on their application or absence. Este Memorial acadêmico constitui uma narrativa autobiográfica, com resultados de levantamentos da minha trajetória de vida e minhas experiências na área da Educação Infantil, Fundamental, Gestão e Acadêmica, relatando as experiências adquiridas ao longo destes anos, considerando que os fatos apresentados tratam de lembranças deste trajeto percorrido e as principais colaborações para o meu desenvolvimento pessoal.
