This Course Conclusion Work presents na in-depth reflection on the personal school experiences acquired during my pedagogical practices. All this research is based on experiences acquired during supervised internships in early childhood education, early years and education management, considering the importance of theoretical and practical training in the construction of pedagogical knowledge. The experiences of each of this phase were crucial for the development of skills, practices and theories, expanding the understanding of the challenges and particularities of each educational context. In summary, all internships played a central role in the formation of the author’s professional identity, providing na integrated and practical understanding of the various dimensions that make up education. Therefore, this research concludes that all personal experiences are incorporated into continuing education programs for educators to improve themselves increasingly effectively to contribute to quality, inclusive and transformative education.
