This media production addresses essential themes of female sexuality, including masturbation and orgasm, as well as the historical repressions that women have faced in relation to the freedom of their sexual desires. Furthermore, we seek to demonstrate the role of female empowerment for a free sexual life. The podseries aims to provide an informative and educational platform to broaden understanding and promote open discussions about female sexuality, thereby contributing to the elimination of stigmas and taboos surrounding this important aspect of women's lives. Este trabalho se concentra na desmistificação dos tabus relacionados a corpos e sexualidade feminina utilizando-se de um formato em ascensão: uma série de podcasts com um total de cinco episódios. O podcast foi escolhido por se tratar de um meio de comunicação democrático, que ganha cada vez mais espaço. Esta produção midiática aborda temas essenciais da sexualidade feminina, incluindo a masturbação e o orgasmo, bem como as repressões históricas que as mulheres enfrentaram em relação à liberdade de seus desejos sexuais. Além disso, buscamos demonstrar o papel do empoderamento feminino para uma vida sexual livre.
