The research proposes a theoretical analysis of the preparation of educators in the specific domain of art, with the purpose of promoting a more comprehensive and inclusive pedagogical approach within the educational context of the initial years of elementary school I. The research aims to understand the training process, highlighting strategies and practices adopted by the Department of Education - SEMED to effectively transmit content related to art. Furthermore, the analysis aims to provide a holistic and reflective view of the educational scenario in Manaus, with special attention to the positive aspects that deserve to be strengthened and the challenges that demand attention and intervention. O presente estudo tem como objetivo central a investigação do processo de formação de professores(as) direcionado ao ensino de arte nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental na cidade de Manaus/AM. A pesquisa propõe uma análise teórica da preparação dos educadores no domínio específico da arte, com o propósito de promover uma abordagem pedagógica mais abrangente e inclusiva dentro do contexto educacional dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental I. A pesquisa visa compreender o processo de formação, destacando estratégias e práticas adotadas pela Secretaria de Educação - SEMED para transmitir efetivamente os conteúdos relacionados à arte.
