Among the main coffee tree diseases, cercosporiosis (Cercospora coffeicola) is one of the main causes of productivity loss in coffee plantations. This study sought to determine the temporal progress curve of the cercosporiosis disease in different clones of Amazonian canephora coffee (C. canephora) in the municipality of Humaitá-AM. The experiment was conducted at the Fazenda Experimental Mangabeiras of Instituto de Educação, Agricultura e Ambiente - IEAA/UFAM. A randomized block design was used, with fifteen treatments and four replications, with each repetition consisting of eight plants The trial consisted of fifteen clones, propagated by the cutting’s method: BRS 3137, BRS 3213, BRS 1216, BRS 2214, BRS 3210, BRS 3220, BRS 2326, BRS 199, BRS 193, Clone 12, BRS 57, BRS 125, BRS 160, Clone 09 and Clone 15. The new cultivars were developed from crosses between plants of the Conilon and Robusta botanical varieties. Monthly assessments were made of the temporal progress of the cercosporiosis disease. The highest incidence percentages were found in the month of August/2022, in the respective clones: Clone 15 (13.28%) and BRS 2214 (11.71%). The lowest percentages of incidence occurred in December/2022, in the clones: BRS 2214, BRS 2326, BRS 199, BRS 57, BRS 160, BRS 3210, Clone 12 and Clone 15, with 0.78%.
