The research aimed to demonstrate strategies for maintaining continuous improvement in an organization based in Manaus. The study, of an applied nature and explanatory in terms of objectives, was conducted using qualitative methods and structured as a single case study. Data collection occurred through observation of the manufacturing process and a semi-structured interview with 5 employees from an electronics factory located in the Manaus Industrial Complex. Content analysis revealed that essential practices for maintaining continuous improvement include participative leadership, effective communication and teamwork (intra and intersectoral). These practices, combined with the adaptation and implementation of useful improvements to different contexts, were identified as crucial approaches to overcoming obstacles to continuous improvement in the organization. A pesquisa teve como objetivo demonstrar as estratégias de manutenção da melhoria contínua em uma organização sediada em Manaus. O estudo, de natureza aplicada e explicativo quanto aos objetivos, foi conduzido por métodos qualitativos e estruturado como um estudo de caso único. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio da observação do processo fabril e de uma entrevista semiestruturada com 05 colaboradores de uma fábrica de eletroeletrônicos situada no Polo Industrial de Manaus. A análise de conteúdo revelou que as práticas essenciais para a manutenção da melhoria contínua incluem liderança participativa, comunicação eficaz e trabalho em equipe (intra e intersetorial).
