Emphasizing the promotion of critical thinking and the ability of students to analyze and interpret, aiming to develop entrepreneurial skills and abilities, characteristics that are intrinsic to individuals. The objective of this study was to investigate how the Administration course at the Institute of Social Sciences, Education and Animal Science has worked on entrepreneurship with children and adolescents. The sample was made up of 8 professors from the Administration course. The semi-structured interview was used as an instrument for data collection with questions regarding the carrying out of Teaching, Research and Extension Activities aimed at children and adolescents. As a result, the teachers reported that they did not carry out any teaching and research activities on the subject of entrepreneurship with children, however, in terms of extension, 4 teachers highlighted having carried out actions on the topic of entrepreneurship for children and adolescents. The findings of the present study show that it is necessary to develop actions so that children and adolescents can take part in activities to understand the concept of autonomy, providing the freedom so that they can choose both the path of entrepreneurship and have an entrepreneurial profile, even that are not actively linked to direct entrepreneurship and develop it throughout their lives. For future studies on the topic, it is suggested to analyze the impacts of entrepreneurial education on the development of entrepreneurial skills, attitudes and behaviors in students of different ages in the educational context. A educação empreendedora pode ser compreendida como um processo em constante evolução, caracterizado pela conscientização, associação e aplicação de conhecimentos. Dando ênfase na promoção do pensamento crítico e na capacidade de análise e interpretação por parte dos alunos, visando desenvolver competências e habilidades empreendedoras, características estas que são intrínsecas aos indivíduos. O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar como o curso de Administração do Instituto de Ciências Sociais, Educação e Zootecnia tem trabalhado sobre o empreendedorismo com crianças e adolescentes. A amostra foi composta por 8 professores do curso de Administração. Utilizou-se como instrumento para a coleta dos dados a entrevista semiestruturada com perguntas referentes a realização de Atividades de Ensino, Pesquisa e Extensão voltadas para crianças e adolescentes. Com isso, os professores informaram que não realizaram nenhuma atividade de ensino e pesquisa sobre o assunto empreendedorismo junto ao público infantil, contudo no quesito extensão, 4 professores destacaram ter realizado ações com a temática do empreendedorismo para crianças e adolescente. Os achados do presente estudo evidenciam que é necessário elaborar ações para que as crianças e os adolescentes possam fazer parte de atividades para compreender o conceito de autonomia, proporcionando a liberdade para que possam escolher tanto pelo caminho do empreendedorismo, quanto ter um perfil empreendedor, ainda que não estejam ativamente ligadas ao empreendedorismo direto e desenvolve-lo ao longo da sua vida. Para futuros estudos a respeito do tema sugere-se analisar os impactos da educação empreendedora no desenvolvimento de competências, atitudes e comportamentos empreendedores em estudantes de diferentes idades no contexto educacional. 4 Deixar mais intuitivo.
