This is an Integrative Review of the literature, which aimed to identify the actions taken by nurses to deal with changes in the gestational period caused by snakebite accidents. For the searches, the terms "snakebite accident", "pregnant woman", "nursing care", in Portuguese, English and Spanish, were combined with the Boolean operators "AND" and "OR", in the databases Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, Nursing Databases, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online and National Library of Medicine. Publications from the last 10 years were accepted in the three languages, with electronic availability and full texts. In the end, 9 articles were included in the integrative review, of which the majority (55%) were of national origin. The findings show that nursing is present in the care provided for this accident, from prevention, through first aid, to the patient's recovery. The conclusion is that nursing action in relation to snakebite accidents in pregnant women is little explored in the literature, and the studies discuss nursing action in the treatment of the snakebite accident or the pregnancy, rarely addressing both.
