It is through the adoption of a well-structured and well-founded model of development of productive activities that an enterprise can perform its tasks without major problems. This study aimed to analyze Strategic People Management and its consequences, aligned with the working relationship within a financial institution. Through the development of research activity regarding People Management within the AB Agency located in the municipality of Itacoatiara- AM, which has carried out its activities in the location for more than 20 years, seeking through the application of a questionnaire and SWOT tools and GUT, the understanding of how the financial institution develops its personnel management taking into account internal activities and the impact on the employee's quality of life and also on the quality of service. An exploratory and descriptive study with field research to collect information that later became observations, and graphic elements to present the data quantitatively, intending, therefore, to be a case study. In this way, the main results obtained were the positive perception of employees regarding the company's HR, and its standards and guidelines, however without showing dissatisfaction with the lack of support by the organization in listening to suggestions and ideas, in addition to perceiving the Integration of new employees is not very assertive, requiring adjustments. É por meio da adoção de um modelo de desenvolvimento de atividades produtivas bem estruturado e fundamentado que um empreendimento consegue desempenhar suas tarefas sem maiores problemas. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas e seus desdobramentos, alinhados com a relação de trabalho dentro de uma instituição financeira. Por meio do desenvolvimento da atividade de pesquisa a respeito da Gestão de Pessoas dentro da Agência AB localizada do município de Itacoatiara-AM, que exerce suas atividades na localidade há mais de 20 anos, buscando por meio da aplicação de um questionário e as ferramentas SWOT e GUT, a compreensão de como a instituição financeira desenvolve sua gerência de pessoal levando em conta as atividades internas e o impacto na qualidade de vida do colaborador e também na qualidade do atendimento. Um estudo de caráter exploratório e descritivo com a realização de uma pesquisa de campo para coleta de informações que posteriormente se converteram e observações, e elementos gráficos para apresentar os dados quantitativamente, pretendendo, portanto, ser um estudo de caso. Dessa forma os principais resultados obtidos foram a percepção positiva dos colaboradores a respeito do RH da empresa, e de suas normas e diretrizes, no entanto sem mostram descontentes com a falta de apoio por arte da organização em ouvir sugestões e ideias, além de percebem a integração de novos funcionários pouco assertiva, necessitando de ajustes.
