Female Entrepreneurship is an increasingly transformative reality in our country. Many women have managed their own businesses as a way of facing the economic reality in crisis and at the same time contributing to the financial independence of other women, as well as in the fight for equality and against prejudice and machismo in the business world. This study sought to investigate the profile of female entrepreneurs and the challenges of Female Entrepreneurship in Parintins. To this end, the research uses a Qualitative and Descriptive approach carried out through a Case Study, with 20 Entrepreneurs Investigated. To obtain the information necessary to understand the phenomenon, we chose to use Observation, Questionnaire and Interview as Research Techniques. From the information obtained in relation to the universe of women investigated, it is clear that the majority of them are single entrepreneurs aged between 35 and 54 years old with two or more children, with higher education in the area of Social and Exact Sciences, motivated to undertake due to the need to support their families. In relation to the challenges, these are mainly related to the lack of structure, marketing and prejudice. O presente estudo dialoga sobre os resultados obtidos durante uma pesquisa realizada em 2022/2023, que trata sobre a realidade empreendedora feminina na cidade de Parintins. O Empreendedorismo Feminino é uma realidade cada vez mais transformadora em nosso país. Muitas mulheres têm gerenciado seus próprios negócios como forma de enfrentar a realidade econômica em crise e ao mesmo tempo contribuindo com a independência financeira de outras mulheres, bem como na luta pela igualdade e contra o preconceito e o machismo no mundo dos negócios. Com este estudo buscou-se investigar sobre o perfil da mulher empreendedora e desafios do Empreendedorismo Feminino em Parintins. Para isso, a pesquisa é de abordagem Qualitativa e Descritiva realizada por meio de Estudo de Caso, tendo 20 Empreendedoras Investigadas. Para obtenção das informações necessárias para compreensão do fenômeno, optou-se pelo uso da Observação, Questionário e Entrevista como Técnicas de Pesquisas. A partir das informações obtidas em relação ao universo de mulheres investigadas, evidencia-se que em sua maioria são empreendedoras solteiras com idade que variam entre 35 a 54 anos com dois ou mais filhos, com Ensino Superior na área de Ciências Sociais e Exatas, motivadas a empreender pela necessidade de sustentar suas famílias.
