Resumo:
This work aims to present a sentiment analysis about conciliation between work and family faced by entrepreneurs from Manaus/AM. The research involved 15 women from different sectors of entrepreneurship and age groups, with data collected through interviews with entrepreneurs in free fairs and markets, using the snowball technique to select the sample. RStudio software was used to data analysis. Through a sentiment analysis of data collected in interviews with entrepreneurs from Manaus, this study deepens the understanding of the conflict work-family in this context. The results revealed positive feelings, with emphasis on for terms like “support” and “family”, which were mentioned frequently. However, negative feelings, such as “fear” and “stress” also emerged, mainly in situations where there is an absence of a support network. This lack of support contributes to overload and double journey faced by many entrepreneurs. Research contributes to the field of female entrepreneurship by highlighting the importance of social support and the need for policies that promote balance between personal and professional life.
