With this in mind, the general objective of this research is to analyze the supply and demand relationship at CRAS Paulo Corrêa in Parintins, as well as the specific objectives of identifying the challenges in providing services and evaluating the demands of users and the responses of the equipment, as well as reflecting on the basic social protection of the Social Assistance Policy in the face of the social assistance supply and demand relationship. The study's methodology is based on bibliographical, documentary and field research. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with three social workers from CRAS Paulo Corrêa, in which data analysis revealed obstacles in the provision of services, especially the coverage of many neighborhoods, the amount of assistance provided to income transfer programs and the fragility of some services. It was also found that the main demands refer to the single registry, with responses made possible by the technical team at the unit. Finally, we reflected on the misalignment between services and demands, caused by the challenges faced at the unit. The conclusion is that an adjusted supply-demand relationship in care is crucial to aligning services with the real needs of the population, especially the peoples of the Amazon with their regional singularities. A proteção social básica possui como unidade no território brasileiro o Centro de Referência de Assistência Social - CRAS, se materializa na realidade das regiões do país de diferentes formas, sendo a principal porta de entrada para o acesso às políticas sociais da rede. Nessa perspectiva, a pesquisa apresenta como objetivo geral analisar a relação oferta e demanda do CRAS Paulo Corrêa em Parintins, bem como possui objetivos específicos de identificar os desafios na oferta dos serviços e avaliar as demandas dos usuários e as respostas do equipamento, assim como, refletir sobre a proteção social básica da Política de Assistência Social diante da relação demanda e oferta da assistência social. A metodologia do estudo está ancorada na pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo. Nesse sentido, a coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com três assistentes sociais do CRAS Paulo Corrêa, no qual a análise dos dados revelou obstáculos na oferta dos serviços, destacando-se a abrangência de muitos bairros, a quantidade de atendimentos aos programas de transferência de renda e a fragilização de alguns serviços. Assim como verificou-se que as principais demandas se referem ao Cadastro Único, com respostas viabilizadas pela equipe técnica na unidade. Por fim, refletiu-se sobre o desalinhamento entre os serviços e as demandas, ocasionados pelos desafios enfrentados na unidade.
