This study aims to identify the presence of comics in the journalistic production of Amazonas. To
achieve this, the research draws on the notion, advocated by authors like Eisner and McCloud,
that comics are a type of media and constitute a legitimate resource for journalism. To clarify
these topics, a qualitative methodology was used, starting with a bibliographic review on the
Capes Journals platform. Subsequently, content analysis was conducted on materials related to
comics available on the G1 Amazonas news portal. Additionally, interviews with journalists from
the state complemented the data collection for this research. Thus, the study is based on the
hypothesis that comics stand out as a potential resource for journalistic production in Amazonas. |
