This study aims to address the importance of productions in Deaf Literature in postgraduate programs in the state of Amazonas, in order to identify how they contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge in this area. The methodology adopted for this research is state-of-the-art and of a qualitative nature, with a bibliographic survey of dissertations, articles, and other academic documents produced in the four-year period 2021 to 2024. The analysis of these productions aims to understand the state of the art in Deaf Literature in the Amazonian context and the difficulties encountered in the implementation of specialized studies in the area. The main expected results include the identification of postgraduate programs that address Deaf Literature, the recognition of the challenges related to the training of professionals, and the existing gaps for the advancement of this area in the state. In addition, it is expected to verify possible strategies to overcome these challenges and promote the development of this field of study in academic and professional training in the state of Amazonas. |
