The observation places where their practices first took place were: Anauá Park in the year of 1989 and the Skate Track in Ayrton Senna multi-sport complex, after its construction, between the years 1999 to 2001. We also analyzed the urban spaces of the city, in order to perceive how the identity constructions of the related group contrasted to gangs‟ identity construction, in other words, how the skaters differed in their practices from those that emphasized the violence in the city. We also registered how the group made changes to rename urban space in skating territories, from the art of graphite, zine and through new networks of relations. Therefore, it was possible to identify the social contribution for the Boa Vista society, linked to the Amazonian scenario as a place of socio-cultural diversity, while participating in the global skateboarders network. For this research we used semi-structured interviews in audiovisual form with the skaters who experienced transitory and territorial movements‟ identity in the urban spaces of the city. In addition to documentary research in newspapers, magazines and photographs, to identify the way in which the skaters built their identity on the other side of the city. O presente trabalho retrata a construção da identidade dos skatistas boavistense tendo como foco o início de suas práticas no Parque Anauá no ano de 1989 e a construção da Pista de Skate no Complexo Poliesportivo Ayrton Senna entre os anos de 1999 a 2001. Analisamos também os territórios em espaços urbanos da cidade de Boa Vista, para percebemos como as construções identitárias do grupo contrastavam com a dos galerosos na cidade. Percebemos ainda, como o grupo realizou mudanças ao ressignificar espaço urbano em territórios do skate, a partir da arte do grafite, zine e através de novas redes de relações. Desta forma, foi possível identificar a contribuição social do grupo perante a sociedade boavistense, enquanto participavam da rede global de praticantes do esporte skate vinculadas ao cenário amazônico como lugar de diversidade sociocultural. Na pesquisa utilizamos entrevistas semiestruturadas em forma audiovisual com os skatistas que vivenciaram os movimentos transitórios identitários e territoriais nos espaços urbanos da cidade.
