Resumo:
The natural landscape that houses the water bodies in Boa Vista, has over the years been affected by urban sprawl advancing on natural boundaries of watersheds of various streams. In this context, this study aimed to analyze hydrogeomorphological dynamics of the basins of creeks Frasco and Auaí Grande in the perimeter of the consolidated area and of the urban expansion, from the use of geotechnology in Boa Vista-RR.For this literature review, were performed: fieldwork, hydrogeomorphological characterization, morphometric parameters and physico-chemical analysis of the water. The basins of the streams have droplets, circular, ellipsoidal and terraced formats, fed by springs. The elevations in this area range 67-85 m, and the slopes range from 3 ° to 45 °. The results of the interpretative analysis of images and physico-chemical parameters showed that the basins have normal patterns of pH, eletrical conductivity and turbidity in accordance with the recommendation established by CONAMA 375 / 05, the waters with temperatures between 30 and 33 ° C reflect the typical thermal conditions of the regional climate (AWI in the classification of Koppen). The advancement of urban expansion over the years has invaded the natural boundaries of watersheds of various streams to make way for construction of houses, streets and sanitation works. Thus, our results demonstrate the need for implementation of joint actions of government to inhibit the occupancy limits of the basin and consequently the disappearance of these water bodies.
