For that, we developed a reflection and analysis about the experiences of indigenous teachers in higher education, who work and carry out internships in indigenous communities. Thus, we seek to achieve the following objectives: a) to understand the process of schooling experienced in indigenous communities in Roraima and its impacts on community life; b) review the debates on intercultural education; c) analyze the works of students of the Intercultural Licentiate course who follow a theoretical and methodological line based on the Intercultural Inductive Method. The Intercultural Inductive Method seeks to problematize the debate of indigenous school education, exploring possibilities and challenges of constructing intercultural educational proposals based on the social activities experienced by the community. This process led me to seek to understand the concept of interculturality and the Intercultural Inductive Method. This study allowed us to review proposals and pedagogical practices, the possible scope in the Pedagogical Political Projects of the schools, especially in the debate about the relationship and contrast between indigenous knowledge and school knowledge, within the debate of the school curriculum and public policies for indigenous school education in Roraima. Como professora Macuxi, busco compreender o processo de escolarização vivenciado pelas comunidades indígenas em Roraima. Para tanto desenvolvemos uma reflexão e análise sobre experiências de professores indígenas em formação superior, que atuam e realizam estágios em comunidades indígenas. Assim buscamos alcançar os seguintes objetivos: a) compreender o processo de escolarização vivenciado nas comunidades indígenas em Roraima e seus impactos na vida comunitária; b) revisar os debates sobre educação intercultural; c) analisar trabalhos de estudantes do curso Licenciatura Intercultural que seguem uma linha teórica e metodológica baseada no Método Indutivo Intercultural. O Método Indutivo Intercultural busca problematizar o debate da educação escolar indígena, explorando possibilidades e desafios de construção de propostas educativas interculturais a partir das atividades sociais vivenciadas pela comunidade. Este processo me levou a buscar compreender o conceito de interculturalidade e o Método Indutivo Intercultural. Este estudo nos permitiu revisar propostas e práticas pedagógicas, os alcances possíveis nos Projetos Políticos Pedagógicos das escolas, em especial no debate sobre a relação e contraste entre os conhecimentos indígenas e os conhecimentos escolares, dentro do debate do currículo escolar e das políticas públicas para educação escolar indígena em Roraima.
