On the threshold of these discussions, the implications for the Roraima educational system stand out, which has been one of the most affected points due to the intense human mobility that the State experiences, which demands from the population in general and from the school in particular, positions and attitudes that respect existing cultural differences. Thus, the present research has the general objective of analyzing the challenges encountered in the process of inclusion of Venezuelan students regularly enrolled at the Olavo Brasil Filho State School in Boa Vista-RR, from an intercultural perspective of education. Using as specific objectives: To analyze how the inclusion of Venezuelan students in the Olavo Brasil Filho State School occurs and what is the contribution of the intercultural perspective to this process; Investigate the challenges that have arisen in that institution from Venezuelan immigration and know the actions carried out such as projects, reception, lectures and more, in the educational institution in favor of this demand and its educational development, which will certainly strengthen the entry and permanence of these students at the educational institution. To this end, a qualitative approach is used, and the study in question is primarily directed to a bibliographic review on the proposed theme, using the questionnaire, adapted to the current moment, as an instrument for data collection, followed by the further analysis of the information acquired. And so, given the pertinence of the theme, to contribute with the theoretical subsidies reached in the mention of Venezuelan immigration, inclusion and interculturality. A questão imigratória, com destaque para a venezuelana, tem suscitado inúmeros debates em decorrência das consequências advindas de tal processo. No limiar dessas discussões, destacam-se as implicações no sistema educacional roraimense que tem sido um dos pontos mais afetados por conta da mobilidade humana intensa que vive o Estado, o que vem exigir da população em geral e da escola em particular posicionamentos e atitudes que respeitem as diferenças culturais existentes. Dessa forma, a presente pesquisa tem como objetivo geral analisar os desafios encontrados no processo de inclusão dos estudantes venezuelanos regularmente matriculados na Escola Estadual Olavo Brasil Filho em Boa Vista-RR, numa perspectiva intercultural de educação. Utilizando como objetivos específicos: Analisar como ocorre a inclusão dos alunos venezuelanos na Escola Estadual Olavo Brasil Filho e qual a contribuição da perspectiva intercultural para esse processo; Investigar quais os desafios surgidos na referida instituição a partir da imigração venezuelana e conhecer as ações realizadas como projetos, acolhida, palestras entre outras, na instituição de ensino em prol dessa demanda e do seu desenvolvimento educacional, que certamente fortalecerá a entrada e permanência desses estudantes na instituição de ensino. Para tal, recorre-se a uma abordagem qualitativa, sendo que o estudo em questão se direciona primeiramente a uma revisão bibliográfica a respeito da temática proposta, usando o questionário, adaptado ao momento atual, como instrumento para a coleta dos dados, seguindo para a posterior análise das informações adquiridas. E assim, dada a pertinência do tema, contribuir com os subsídios teóricos alcançados no que se faz menção à imigração venezuelana, à inclusão e à interculturalidade.
