It aims to analyze the migratory politics of the Brazilian State for the integration of the migrant ones through the use of the acquired, process of recognition and revalidation of academic titles.The study is a descriptive inquiry and of bibliographic survey, which exposes the relation between categories that wrap the phenomenon of migration and work. It uses revalidation data and recognition of academic degrees from the Plataforma Carolina Bori. For approach of the subject the inductive method was used, with the purpose of identifying singular elements to understand the phenomenon. The quantitative, qualitative and analytical methods were used in the proceedings of exposure and analysis of the content. It is identified that migrants with academic backgrounds have difficulties with the proceeding for recognition and revalidation of diplomas through the electronic platform and that the number of Venezuelan work contracts with a complete superior level is not proportional to the migrant contingent that has academic formation. It is concluded that for the State to guarantee the integration of migrant workers, it is not enough to inspect the formalization of employment contracts with qualified migrants and regularize documentation, but to create strategies capable of reducing inequality between the native population and those workers, under the principle of equity. As well as the identification of their skills and articulation with the private sector, in order to publicize opportunities in jobs and incentive policies to the development. Este trabalho aborda a migração de trabalhadores venezuelanos com formação acadêmica para o estado de Roraima, assim como as implicações para sua inserção no mercado de trabalho. Tem como objetivo analisar a política migratória do Estado brasileiro para integração dos migrantes por meio do aproveitamento dos conhecimentos adquiridos, processo de reconhecimento e revalidação de títulos acadêmicos. O estudo é uma pesquisa descritiva e de levantamento bibliográfico, a qual expõe a relação entre categorias que envolvem a migração e trabalho. Utiliza-se de dados de revalidação e reconhecimento de diplomas acadêmicas da Plataforma Carolina Bori. Para abordagem do tema utilizou-se o método indutivo, com o propósito de identificar elementos singulares para compreender o fenômeno social. Os métodos quantitativo, qualitativo e analítico foram utilizados nos procedimentos de exposição e análise do conteúdo. Identifica-se que os migrantes com formação acadêmica possuem dificuldades com o procedimento para reconhecimento e revalidação de diplomas através da plataforma eletrônica e que o número de contratos de trabalho de venezuelanos com nível superior completo não é proporcional ao contingente migrante que possui formação acadêmica. Conclui-se que para o Estado garantir a integração do trabalhador migrante não basta fiscalizar a formalização de contrato de trabalho com migrantes qualificados e regularizar a documentação, mas criar estratégicas capazes de reduzir a desigualdade entre a população nativa e aqueles trabalhadores, sob o princípio da equidade. Bem como a identificação de suas habilidades e a articulação com o setor privado, a fim de tornar público as oportunidades nos postos de trabalho e políticas de incentivo ao desenvolvimento.
