The gospel awakens the human being for social promotion and the converted subject manifests this state of mind to be useful to his neighbor. Brazil has received many immigrants and refugees, and the important role of churches in welcoming and supporting these vulnerable people stands out. In analyzing the process of welcoming Venezuelan immigrants, it is necessary to identify the theological directions of the evangelical churches. To analyze the work carried out in Roraima, we will use theological models of immigration. The research aims to analyze the theological directions of the churches in the actions of reception, from the scenario developed for the humanitarian intervention in the state of Roraima. The present work is a research with a basic strategic purpose, with descriptive and exploratory objectives, carried out by the deductive method, with a qualitative approach and carried out through a bibliographic and documentary survey. O desenvolvimento da presente pesquisa possibilitou uma análise da importância social das igrejas evangélicas no trabalho com imigrantes venezuelanos em Roraima, uma reflexão acerca do papel social dessas igrejas como instituições que oferecem acolhimento, além disso, também permitiu observar que imigração trouxe mudanças para as igrejas e para sociedade roraimense, pois elas tiveram que utilizar diferentes recursos para realizar acolhimento. O evangelho desperta o ser humano para a promoção social e o sujeito convertido manifesta esse estado de ânimo para ser útil ao seu próximo. O Brasil tem recebido muitos imigrantes e refugiados, chama a atenção o papel importante das igrejas no acolhimento e amparo dessas pessoas em vulnerabilidade. Na análise do processo de acolhimento de imigrantes venezuelanos é necessário identificar os direcionamentos teológicos das igrejas evangélicas. Para analisar os trabalhos realizados em Roraima, vamos utilizar modelos teológicos da imigração. A pesquisa objetiva analisar os direcionamentos teológicos das igrejas nas ações de acolhimento, a partir do cenário desenvolvido para a intervenção humanitária no estado de Roraima. O presente trabalho é uma pesquisa de finalidade básica estratégica, com objetivos descritivo e exploratório, realizada pelo método dedutivo, com abordagem qualitativa e executada por meio de levantamento bibliográfico e documental.
