Resumo:
The Cauamé River basin, the study area, has a characteristic of intermittent river which suggests to the entrepreneur the construction of dams as a way to guarantee a larger water depth for longer. The problem discussed in the course of the work is summarized in dams that are not cataloged by the management body and do not fulfill the safety requirements of the structure as required by federal legislation, or do not have licensing for its construction or grant for the use of dammed water. , thus justifying the need to propose management mechanisms that help solve the problem. Therefore, the objective of the research is to create procedures for licensing, security and granting in aquaculture dams, for this it will be necessary to present the dams registered and compare with those identified by satellite, characterizing the region regarding the use of these dams, also as a specific objective it will be necessary to carry out a survey of federal and state legislation on dam safety, licensing of activity in dams as well as resolutions on granting. After surveying the legislation, a comparative descriptive analysis was chosen, identifying points that could generate good management practice, separating them into four points: aquaculture activity, the licensing of works, the safety of dams and the grant. Where it was possible to generate a list of procedures, which will be the product of this research. As a conclusion of the subjects addressed, there was a lack of regulatory tools for dams within the state, since it has a high number of structures not granted and licensed, thus affirming that the process of licensing the activity and structure is essential for the dam registration and application to the National Dam Safety Plan.
