Because of the temporal fluctuation of the hydrometric level, can be delimitate four periods during the seasonal cycle: flood, rise, low water and drought. This fluctuation of the water leve lis the main force that influences the aquatic communities’ dynamics. Among the aquatic organism, there are the cladocerans, microcrustaceans, known as water fleas and they are part of the zooplancton. In these terms the purpose of this workwas decribe the richness aspects, density and reproduction of the planctonic cladocerans of Tupé lake (Manaus, Amazonas) in particular, the effect of the entry water of Rio Negro lake on these three benchmarks. The samples were collected daily in three stations of Tupé lake in January, February and March of 2011. A total of 9 species were found, in particular Bosminidae Family (3 species). The most common species were Bosminopsis deitersi, Bosmina longirostris, Diaphanosoma spinulosum, Holopedium amazonicum and Moina minuta. Bosminopsis deitersi was the most common specie found during the study period, having the biggest values of density. The biggest values in organisms were registered in E2 (secundary arm station). As for diversity and dominance as for organisms density to the ten days (January 31st to February 9th) was what stood out. In the three sampling stations was registered the female presence with parthenogenetic eggs. The biggest females registers occurred on February 21st to march 10th, in which the Rio Negro flood had already advancing a lot in the lake. The Rio Negro water entry in the Tupé Lake influence in the species diversity variation and planctonics cladocerans individuals density in the lake. Analyzing all the period, was observed that the fourth ten days was highlighted for show more variations and the female abundance with parthenogenetic eggs presented variation according to the flood advancing. Besides, in E2 has a significant increase in the female registers with eggs, what can be explained using the greater proximity of the fishfarming activity in net tank performed in the lake. |
