The process involved four stages: first, the access to the socioeconomic and environmental information of the city and of the communities; second, the sensibilization and socioeconomic and environmental diagnosis in the communities; third, qualification and orientation to the work with species of economical value, stimulating the enterprising qualification to the organization of the economical group; and fourth, the support to the production process for the commercialization of vegetable species. The budgets of the research-action directed the operational strategies in the search of a methodological tool to implement and improve the organization of the economical group aiming at the commercialization of vegetable resources. The partnerships were fundamental and gradually made. The work appeared eminently pedagogic, organized in processual way, with quite definite stages, without, nevertheless, they were shut in when an other one was beginning. The process implied in knowing the context of the action, enabling the interested ones, valuing and monitoring the process, when two necessary last ones are for the passage of a stage for other one. Among the results, there is an educational program that was introduced in Bom Intento and Cai N Água communities for the handling of the species: fava-bolacha (Vatairea guianensis Aubl.), castanha-da-amazônia (Bertholletia excelsa Bonpl.), bacaba (Oenocarpus bacaba Mart.), andiroba (Carapa procera D.C.) e artemísia (Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.); methodology of approach for communitarian mobilization for training turned to the enterprising culture in sustainable business. 27 families were enabled with sights to the production of phytotherapics and phytocosmetics inputs. Technical and financial support were provided by INPA, SEBRAE and PROVÁRZEA/IBAMA for the process of production and marketing. A limitada produção de insumos vegetais para fitoterápicos e cosméticos e as demandas existentes de mercado justificou este trabalho cujo objetivo geral foi realizar uma experiência piloto de organização e capacitação de um grupo de famílias produtoras a fim de disponibilizarem a produção de cinco espécies de valor econômico para o mercado. O processo desenvolvido compreendeu quatro momentos: o primeiro, o acesso a informações socioeconômicas e ambientais do município e das comunidades; o segundo, a sensibilização e mobilização nas comunidades; o terceiro, a capacitação e orientação para o trabalho com espécies de valor econômico, estimulando o potencial empreendedor dos moradores das Comunidades Bom Intento e Cai N Água; e o quarto, o apoio ao processo de produção para a comercialização de espécies vegetais. Os pressupostos da pesquisa-ação nortearam as estratégias de operacionalização na busca de uma ferramenta metodológica para implantar e otimizar o processo de capacitação empreendedora e organização das comunidades rurais com vistas à comercialização de recursos vegetais. As parcerias foram fundamentais e firmadas gradativamente. O trabalho mostrou-se eminentemente pedagógico, organizado de modo processual, com etapas bem definidas, sem contudo, serem encerradas quando se iniciava uma outra. O processo implicou em conhecer o contexto da ação, capacitar os interessados, avaliar e monitorar o processo, sendo as duas últimas necessárias para a passagem de uma etapa para outra. Dentre os resultados têm-se um programa educativo que foi implantado nas Comunidades Bom Intento e Cai N'Água para o manejo das espécies: fava-bolacha (Vatairea guianensis Aubl.), castanha-da-amazônia (Bertholletia excelsa Bonpl.), bacaba (Oenocarpus bacaba Mart.), andiroba (Carapa procera D.C.) e artemísia (Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.); metodologia de abordagem para mobilização comunitária para treinamento voltado para a cultura empreendedora em negócios sustentáveis.
