Resumo:
The Administration Councilsof the Conservation Units are spaces where people do correlations of strengths, full of limitations and ambiguities, but although, full of opportunities and challengers. They motivate changes in the public administration and are spaces of new social relations between the State and the civil society. This resource developmented as from the Administration Councils of three State forests of Para: FLOTA of Faro, FLOTA of Trombetas and FLOTA of Paru, situated in the region of Calha Norte of Para. The choices about Administration Councils implanted, in the same period and in the same region, enabled to collect informations those show the performance of these collegiates, through the process of requests in each council, separately. We will do a comparative conclusion and search to stablish a relation between what is planed (POA) and what is executed, making a caracterization of elements from the Social Controlof councils. This study becames important in the social scope, because it reflects discussions to improve and consolidate this important process of social control in the generation of socio-economic sustaintability and environmental of the territory; and in the theoretical scope, this work has the potential of inspire other administration councilsof the conservationunits for its democratic format, inclusive and managerial.
