In this work are showing datas concerning the araçá-boi (Eugenia stipitata Mc Vaugh) fruits biometric. The araçá-boi fruits showed a high variation regarding total weight (average 161.51 g), diameter (average 7.25 cm), lengh (average 6.08 cm), total number of seeds (average 12), seeds weight (average 33.58 g), shell weight (average 25.63 g) and pulp weight (average 102.30 g), The evaluated variables, often, were positively and significaly correlated. |
