Males had a higher prevalence (χ2 = 31.292, p < 0.001) than women. Mansonella ozzardi prevalence was higher in retirees and farmers (28.9% and 27%, respectively). Prevalence also significantly increased with age (χ2 = -128.17, p < 0.001), with the highest numbers occurring in persons older than 67 years. 2020-04-24T16:49:44Z 2020-04-24T16:49:44Z 2014 Artigo https://repositorio.inpa.gov.br/handle/1/14552 10.1590/0074-0276130512 en Volume 109, Número 4, Pags. 480-483 Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazil http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/ application/pdf Memórias do Instituto Oswaldo Cruz
