We still want to see how the relationship between literature, the author and the reader happens in order to collaborate in our personal and intellectual growth or to find the answers to a particular conflict that is often not comprehensible by those who are not in it.The objective of this study is to show how the reception of the six times Lucas by 6th grade students from a State School of the Municipality of Parintins takes place, in order to verify if the degree of instruction is one of the factors that collaborates for a critical opinion of these readers and guarantees autonomy as a citizen, as well as confirming if fiction also promotes the identification of human actions by bringing a reality that is painted on the fictional pages. In the foundation of our research we find some names of theorists as: Coutinho (2015), Iser (2013), Azevedo (2004) among others who dialogue with our work. Este trabalho partiu da analise da obra Seis Vezes Lucas da escritora Lygia Bojunga e visa mostrar que a literatura infanto- juvenil tem grande relevância dentro do campo literário para ajudar a refletirmos sobre fatos existentes no mundo e no cotidiano enfrentado por nós seres humanos. Queremos ainda ver como acontece a relação entre a literatura, o autor e o leitor de modo a colaborar no nosso crescimento pessoal e intelectual ou ainda encontrar as respostas para um conflito particular que muitas vezes não é compreensível por quem não está nele. O objetivo deste estudo é mostrar de que forma acontece a recepção da obra Seis vezes Lucas por alunos do 6º ano, de uma Escola Estadual do Município de Parintins, com a finalidade de verificar se o grau de instrução é um dos fatores que colabora para uma opinião critica e garante a autonomia enquanto cidadão, além de confirmar se a ficção promove também a identificação das ações humanas, ao trazer uma realidade que se pinta nas páginas ficcionais.
