This article is an excerpt from a dissertation, which was developed with two national and three international researchers, who investigate the theme related to Mathematics Trails and also with six former students of an Ethnomathematics discipline. One of the main objectives of this study is to identify the possible relationships of the pedagogical action of the Mathematics Trails through the Ethnomathematics Program according to the perspective of the participants. In this sense, this study enabled the suggestion of an expression called 'Ethnomathematics Trails', which seek to help students in reading their reality to guide them towards a better understanding of their surroundings through these trails, enabling a deeper interaction with their own world A proposta das Trilhas de Matemática está em concordância com uma ação pedagógica que conectem as salas de aula com as atividades extracurriculares realizadas externamente ao ambiente escolar, visando vincular as situações escolares de aprendizagem com os contextos externos às escolas. Este artigo é um recorte de uma dissertação, no qual foi desenvolvida com dois pesquisadores nacionais e três internacionais, que investigam sobre a temática relacionada com as Trilhas de Matemática e, também, com seis ex-alunos de uma disciplina de Etnomatemática. Um dos principais objetivos desse estudo é identificar as possíveis relações da ação pedagógica das Trilhas de Matemática por meio do Programa Etnomatemática conforme a perspectiva dos participantes. Nesse sentindo, esse estudo possibilitou a sugestão de uma expressão batizada como ‘Trilhas Etnomatemáticas’, que buscam auxiliar os alunos na leitura de sua realidade para direcioná-los para uma melhor compreensão de seu entorno através dessas trilhas, possibilitando uma interação aprofundada com o próprio mundo.
