Resumo:
This work is the result of the research carried out, within the scope of the Master’s Degree in Public Policy Management at the Federal University of Tocantins, with the general objective of promoting an epistemological debate on internship practices at the University of Gurupi - UnirG, aiming at the collective construction of a project to create the interdisciplinary Human Rights clinic. The research started from the following problematic: from the debate of the internship practices of the University of Gurupi - UnirG is it possible to think about a project to create an interdisciplinary human rights clinic, as a teaching practice to be implemented in the IES? Thus, the possibility of constructing a collective project of the Human Rights Clinic presented to the institution was discussed. This is a qualitative research, combining documentary research procedures and participant research. It involves the Stage Coordinators of the different UnirG courses, through focus groups, a technique widely used in the work of qualitative approaches in social research, when one wishes to intervene in reality. Two focus groups were held that addressed the participants' thinking about integrating internship practice into their courses and the possibilities of integrating them into other courses. It was not adopted a single and finished model for the analysis of the data, but the search for meanings in the obtained data approached the technique of content thematic analysis. Initially, a descriptive plan was drawn up, highlighting the differences between opinions and reports; followed by analysis of meaning, highlighting what was really important for the group, highlighting the trends and connections used to compose the Interdisciplinary Human Rights Clinic Project. As main results, it is highlighted that the participants see as positive the integration for the courses, both in the academic aspect and in the quality of the services rendered, as well as the promising creation of the Interdisciplinary Clinic of Human Rights, whose main theme is Health and Quality of Life. Based on the data collected, the interdisciplinary project was built, which was presented at the PGRAD and submitted to the College of Coordinators. It is concluded that the research contributed to the debate on interdisciplinary in higher education and allowed the collective construction of the proposal to create the Interdisciplinary Human Rights Clinic at UnirG.
