Therefore, the objective of this study was to highlight the importance of having a specialization course in the state of Tocantins and the municipality of Arraias. It is a bibliographic research oriented in registers and opinions of authors, and of several sources, that discuss the subject that involves the Financial Education and the Financial Mathematics. Surgery and reviewed the statistical analysis of the Financial Mathematics for the life of persons, without idea of ​​analytics in the critical analysis and explore with the Financial Mathematics. English Language Spanish Spanish Portuguese Spanish Language Portuguese Language set for the history of the Matrix Financial engraving for the document of the European Education Education (ENEF), National Curriculum Parameters (PCN), Law of Guidelines and Bases of Education (LDB), Basis National Curriculum (BNCC), Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC). The research is qualitative composed of chapters, whose main objective is to disseminate the curriculum guidelines at the federal, state and municipal levels. From the researched literature, it was possible to realize that the use of Financial Mathematics is more important than the use of earlier skills, so it is very important that the topic is addressed in school due to its use in the citizen's daily life A Matemática Financeira está presente na vida de todas as pessoas, e é um ramo da Matemática de fundamental importância para o uso do cotidiano do cidadão. Portanto o objetivo deste trabalho foi evidenciar a importância de como esta sendo abordado a Educação Financeira e Matemática Financeira no Ensino Fundamental e o desenvolvimento do tema no Estado do Tocantins e no Município de Arraias. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica orientada em registros e opiniões de autores, e várias fontes, que debatem o tema que envolve a Educação Financeira e a Matemática Financeira. Questionar e analisar a relevância dos conteúdos de Matemática Financeira para a vida das pessoas, no sentido de que possam construir uma visão crítica e explorar com propriedade a Matemática Financeira. Inicialmente, verifica-se a história da Matemática Financeira, sua evolução, qual o papel e a importância da Educação Financeira e da Matemática Financeira na Educação Básica, partindo do que é proposto por alguns documentos oficiais: como o da Estratégia Nacional de Educação Financeira do Brasil (ENEF), Parâmetros Curricular Nacional (PCN), Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação (LDB), Base Nacional Curricular Comum (BNCC), Minitério da Educação e Cultura (MEC). É uma pesquisa qualitativa composta por capítulos, cujo objetivo central é revelar os parâmetros curriculares nas esferas Federal, Estadual e Municipal.
