The implementation of public policies has provided greater visibility and inclusion of the juvenile segment in the governmental agendas in Brazil. However, in spite of this space opening, the issues regarding the youths little advanced beyond the discursive sphere, coming up against difficulties for the diffusion and mainstreaming of the Youth Public Policies (PPJs) all over the country. In the absence of PPJs that contemplate the young, they have sought access other policies and, the Culture Public Policies (PPC), focus of this study, have been one option to this segment. Accordingly, this research inquired to discuss the access of the young in the National Alive Culture Policy (PNCV) through the Culture points Artifact and Cultural Cabin located in Palmas city – Tocantins – TO. For this purpose, in addition to the construction of the referential in the PPJs and PPC ambit and their possible relations, the research found in the methodology originating from the qualitative analysis evidenced by the documentary research and application of questionnaire. The results pointed that the young members of the Culture points Artifact and Culture Cabin have interest in cultural activities and the participation in the culture points have contributed to their development. However, due to the PPC that the young have accessed are not specific to the juvenile segment, their presence in this Policies is endangered when their particularities are not considered, that points to the necessity of incorporate the perspective of the youths in a transversal shape in the Culture Public Policies. |
