In contemporary times, one of the biggest threats in Brazil and in the world is to find solutions that minimize the difficulties with students' learning. Therefore, the external evaluation process of the bus bus creates tools for the elaboration of public policies of public education systems for students. the improvement of learning. quality of education. To this end, the present study established the objectives of analyzing the educational indicators of effort, regularity and adequacy of teacher education in relation to the average proficiency of the Brazilian Portuguese Language and Mathematics Exam, in the 2015 edition, of the 5th and 9th grades. Fundamental, from the state school network of Tocantins. Data were not collected on the website of the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep). Every two years, Inep evaluates about 6.5 million students with more than 73 million public and private education units in 5,570 Brazilian municipalities. In exploring the research results, data mining software and statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms (SAS and ANOVA) associated with Excel spreadsheets were used. An analysis allowed us to identify the criteria of the indicators that present significant statistics for the schools that performed better in Prova Brasil. From this perspective, it is expected that the results will serve as a follow-up to the planning of educational public policies by the Secretary of Education, Youth and Sports of Tocantins - Seduc / TO and other educational bodies, as a mechanism for decision making consistent with emerging educational needs.
