Resumo:
The purpose of this study is to understand the evaluation conception that teachers have of elementary school students who do not have satisfactory results in the processes of evaluation of learning and are attended by the Institutional Scholarship Program of teaching - Pibid - subproject of Pedagogy UFT / Campus Tocantinópolis and that are attended at Cristo Rei Parish School. This process required checking and reflecting on how the professors of these students relate to these students and which assessment tools they use. For the accomplishment of this study we developed a qualitative approach having with investigation strategy the field research and as research technique the participant observation and an interview. After the data were produced, the information was systematized and analyzed in light of the pertinent literature used to support the study. We conclude that the idea of evaluation still revolves around aspects of the classification between students, either through the evaluation instruments or based on familiar aspects or in reference to the social class perceived in the treatment of teachers with students as well as in the teachers' perception evaluation of their learning. Faced with the idea that most appears in relation to the evaluation that the teachers make of the students with difficulties, it is an evaluation based on labeling. This proving that the idea of the teachers researched in relation to evaluation is still based on aspects of an ideal of a conservative and authoritarian liberal pedagogy. Therefore, the determining factor in the evaluation conception of these professed women is not learning, but approving and disapproving, being clear, in the classroom both by the teachers and the students.
