And from this, it was possible to analyze the characteristics of the subject compared to the other curricular components, and discuss how is the relationship teacher and student in the process of teaching / learning in Physical Education classes. The methodology used was the qualitative exploratory approach, the study was developed in astate school in Tocantinópolis-TO, the data collection instruments used was a questionnaire with an open question and focus group. Through the results obtained, the students 'perspective regarding the role of Physical Education in the school context was evidenced, thus allowing to reflect on the teacher / student relationship, and the students' view of the subject both positively and negatively in the school context. O presente estudo buscou compreender a perspectiva discente sobre o papel da Educação Física no contexto escolar. Verificando os gostos e a importância que os alunos atribuem a respeito das atividades desenvolvidas nas aulas de Educação Física. E a partir disso, foi possível analisar as características da disciplina em comparação com as outras componentes curriculares, e discutir como é a relação professor e aluno no processo de ensino/aprendizagem nas aulas da disciplina de Educação Física. A metodologia utilizada foi na abordagem qualitativa de caráter exploratório o estudo foi desenvolvido em uma escola estadual de Tocantinópolis-TO, os instrumentos de coletas de dados utilizados foi questionário com uma questão aberta e grupo focal. Através dos resultados obtidos evidenciou-se à perspectiva dos discentes em relação ao papel da Educação Física no contexto escolar, permitindo assim refletir sobre relação professor/aluno, e a visão dos alunos acerca da disciplina tanto de forma positiva como negativa no contexto escolar. 2020-02-07T13:55:34Z 2020-02-07T13:55:34Z 2019-12-17 Monografia Silva, Raires da Costa.
