Resumo:
In this paper is approached the process of formation of the quilombola community Dona Juscelina, in the town of Muricilândia, on the sense of conquer and territorial delimitation marked by the realization of the Relatório Técnico de Identificação e Delimitação (RTID). We made a lifting of informations about the historic of the place by the oral history, the communitie’s formation, valuing the local knowledge. The legislation establishies were observed since Federal Constitution of 1988 until the current days about the conflicts of ethnic-racial territories. A characterization and mapping was also made about the actuality studies in theirs sociocultural aspects, in the interface rural-urban – emphasizing the projects “Quintal Verde” and “Cinturão Verde” – among other public policies inherent to traditional populations. We approach the derivations of the quilombo category until the present day as community remanescent quilombola. I n this way, we collaborate to the historiography of the people of this community and the quilombola black people. Anyway, it was shown that this community has its beginnings, on migration and the narratives they emphasize two migratory movements, the first is by the bias of faith, in the event the pilgrimages of devotees of Priest Cícero Romão; and then by the migration of the matriarch and your family, which has ancestry from ex-prisioners, from Maranhão to Goiás (now days Tocantins). The data and the narratives show that the occupation process starts from the year of 1952 and there was the forced expulsion of quilombola's ancestors from the commun lands and black people lands from the late 1970, by farmers from south and eastern of Brazil. This generated a territorial conflict that lasts until the present day under the Legal Amazon. In this way, the Organization of this community is based mainly by cultural practices and the way of life, with emphasis on the celebration of the feast on May 13, the main Rite performed by this community and exhibitions with political content that strengthens the fight for conquest of ancestral territory.
