CNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEM Agrochemicals are products of physical, chemical or biological agents, also known as pesticides or pesticides, which highlights the toxicity of these products as well as the risks and damages caused to the environment and health of the population in general, especially rural workers which have direct contact with these products, but are used in agriculture with the destination in the fight against pests, insects, bacteria, fungi and other plants in order to prevent plantings of losses and damages. The objective of this work was to study Brazilian theses and dissertations, published in the Catalog of Theses and Dissertations of the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) through the bibliographic research, where indirect observation was used, with the purpose of analyzing the productions related to the nurses' performance in relation to intoxications due to exposure to pesticides in the rural environment, in which 22 productions were consulted with the search period from 2013 to 2018, using the descriptors connected through the Boolean connector AND: nursing performance and intoxication by agrochemicals and rural and risk factors, which were searched together. It was evidenced in this research that there are difficulties by a large number of health professionals, in which the nurses are placed in relation to the process of identification and notification of patients with intoxication due to exposure to pesticides, in addition to a few studies on this subject subsidizing qualified care based on scientific knowledge and public policies of health promotion strategies and risk and injury prevention. Os agrotóxicos são produtos de agente físicos, químicos ou biológicos, denominados também de pesticidas ou praguicidas, o que coloca em evidencia a toxicidade desses produtos bem como os riscos e prejuízos causados para o meio ambiente e saúde da população em geral, sobretudo dos trabalhadores rurais que tem contato diretamente com esses produtos, porém são utilizados na agricultura com o destino no combate de pragas, insetos, bactérias, fungos e outras plantas a fim de impedir as plantações de perdas e danos. Este trabalho teve por objetivo estudaras teses e dissertações brasileiras, publicadas no Catalogo de teses e dissertações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) através da pesquisa bibliográfica, onde se utilizou a observação indireta, com o objetivo de analisar as produções científicas relacionadas à atuação do enfermeiro frente às intoxicações por exposição aos agrotóxicos no meio rural, no qual foram encontradas 22 produções consultadas com o período temporal de buscas de 2013 a 2018, utilizando os descritores conectados através do conector booleano AND: atuação da enfermagem and Intoxicação por agrotóxicos and meio rural and fatores de riscos, as quais foram buscadas de forma conjunta. Foi evidenciado nesta pesquisa que existem dificuldades por grande parte dos profissionais de saúde, nos quais se enquadram os enfermeiros em relação ao processo de identificação e notificação de pacientes com intoxicação por exposição aos agrotóxicos, além de observado poucas pesquisas acerca desta temática, que tem como subsidio o atendimento qualificado baseado nos conhecimentos científicos e nas políticas públicas de estratégias de promoção da saúde e de prevenção de riscos e agravos. 2020-02-14T21:43:00Z 2020-02-14T21:43:00Z 2019 Monografia PIMENTA, Mayla Aires Amaral.
