Reverse logistics is the transposition of materials, packaging or waste coming from end users or commercial points to reach the manufacturers. It will be of great importance to the preservation of the environment, it aims primarily to prevent solid waste from companies in general are deposited in nature disorganized way, causing the degradation. In view of this, this study aimed to understand the distribution process of reverse logistics of glass containers in the distributor Savanna - Araguaína -TO. This is a research with qualitative approach with bibliographic support, descriptive and exploratory nature. As a result, it was noted that the distributor is only a facilitator of the distribution channel and working with returnable bottles, indirectly contributing to sustainability. The company complies rigorously the legislation, however, it makes the reverse logistics process of the company to profit, not as a way of preventing the environment.
