This study deals with the analysis of the feasibility of profitability of a retail and wholesale trade in medical and hospital supplies industry in the city of Araguaína -TO . In the study , it is appointed as presents the company forward to the market, the concept of organization , market ( suppliers, customers and competitors) , business organization , marketing , sales, financial plan , growth plan and market research. The business plan presents the conclusions made by the analysis of the results of research that was carried out , which showed a high degree of interest in the products that will be marketed , indicating that there is financial viability to continue the activities of assertive way.
