Resumo:
The present study aims to analyze the existence of cooperatives measures signed between the Public Labor Ministry, Regional Labor Direction, State Commission for eradication of slave labor and Pastoral Land Comission in the province of Tocantins. As well to refer to the after rescue of workers found in conditions analogous to slavery. Especially regarding to the vulnerable socioeconomic condition that those workers face leading them to be enticed to neo-slave. labor. In order to achieve the goal already exposed the study will analyze the slave labor in Brazil since the colonial period until the modern days. Later on, the research will run through the international and nacional acknowledgment of the existence of the forced modern labor. Moreover, it will present the execution ways that fits in as a crime according to the 149 article from the Brazilian Penal Code. Lastly, it will be demonstrated a cooperative model as a guinding for prevention actions and inspection to combat the comteporary slavery labor. Alsothe action of the institutions that were already referred, within the province of Tocantins. Yet considering the profile of the worker rescued from vulnerable conditions as well as the results of the study. The methodology applied to achieve the goal of the research used was the inductive method of applied nature and exploratory disposition. However, it was not just bibliographic but also through data survey from a structured interview inquiring representants of non-identified institutions since it is a research of public opinion.
