Resumo:
In this dissertation, the objective was to analyze the main aspects of technology transfer proposed by full bucket in the mid-north region of Tocantins, from the producer's point of view, and propose an application as a facilitating technical tool, validating it with the producers. This is a technology transfer project conceived by Embrapa in the late 1990s. Today it is a consolidated project and implemented in all regions of Brazil. In context, the evolution and the conjuncture of the milk production chain in Brazil and Tocantins, the concepts of innovation and technology transfer, and the transfer of technology in dairy farming in the state of Tocantins will be addressed. In this research, the qualitative perspective was adopted. The data were obtained through a semi-structured questionnaire applied during visits to 4 properties that are part of the full bucket project in the Tocantinense municipalities of Pequizeiro, Colinas do Tocantins, Wanderlândia and Filadélfia. Photo documentation was used in order to capture the elements that were at the margin of the interviewees' speech. It can be concluded that the full bucket technology transfer project is enabling a change of paradigms in the vision and posture in relation to the dairy activity of the producers who are members of the full bucket project in Tocantins, in the analyzed region. This occurs mainly with regard to the productive potential and income generation of their dairy properties, rescuing their pride and self-esteem. In the validation of the INNOFLOWRATE app, it was possible to show a lot of openness for the introduction and learning of new technologies by the producers, the app was well evaluated by the producers as a tool that will add to the decision making and planning of one of the pillars of the full bucket project which is irrigation.
