Model developed by the European Union Science Center. More punctually, this research includes the digital skills of documents in three specific dimensions, which are: professional, pedagogical and student. An assessment of the level of digital proficiency, seeks to measure an individual's competence in the Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC) treaty for beneficiaries themselves and third parties. This assessment of digital skills measured by scales, used as a methodological procedure of quantitative approach of an exploratory and descriptive nature. Gil (2008) was used to understand a content analysis and an association of statistical methods on a collected sample.This research was carried out with 102 professors from the Campus Palmas, distributed in the most diverse areas of knowledge. In the theoretical framework, policies to promote TDIC in the educational environment, Brazilian education policies, research at international, national, state and municipal levels on the same theme were addressed. The largest audience of the survey is female, the largest age group of participants is between 40 and 49 years. Through data analysis, this research shows that, in general, the professors of UFT, Câmpus Palmas are classified in the Integrator Profile, level B1, that is, they have a moderate level of digital proficiency. Statistically, the average global performance regarding the variables sex, age, area of education or education, did not have significant differences in terms of the range of competences Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o nível de proficiência em tecnologias digitais de professores da UFT, Câmpus Palmas, com base no modelo de autoavaliação DigCompEdu “Check-In”. Modelo este desenvolvido pelo EU Science Hub (Centro de Ciências da União Europeia). De maneira mais pontual, esta pesquisa compreende as competências digitais dos docentes em três dimensões específicas, que são: profissional, pedagógicas e de estudantes. A avaliação do nível de proficiência digital, busca medir a competência de um indivíduo no trato das Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação- TDIC- para beneficiar a si mesmo e a terceiros. Sendo esta avaliação de competências digitais medidas por escalas, utilizou-se como procedimento metodológico a abordagem quantitativa de natureza exploratória e descritiva. Utilizou-se Gil (2008) para compreender a análise de conteúdo e a associação de métodos estatísticos sobre a amostragem coletada. Esta pesquisa foi feita com 102 docentes do Câmpus Palmas, distribuídos nas mais diversas áreas de conhecimento. No referencial teórico foram abordadas políticas de promoção das TDIC no meio educacional, políticas brasileiras de educação, pesquisas em âmbito internacional, nacional, estadual e municipal sobre igual temática. O maior público da pesquisa é do sexo feminino, a maior faixa etária dos participantes é entre 40 e 49 anos. Através da análise de dados, esta pesquisa mostra que, de um modo geral, os docentes da UFT, Câmpus Palmas estão classificados no Perfil Integrador, nível B1, ou seja, possuem um nível de proficiência digital moderado.
