This monograph deals with the Social Protection Network for Children and Adolescents in situations of sexual violence in the city of Miracema do Tocantins in 2019. Thus, the objective was to analyze how the social protection network is being organized in the face of situations of sexual violence against children and adolescents. The specific objectives are delineated in understanding which bodies are part of the social protection network in the city of Miracema do Tocantins; to identify how reference and counter reference work in the care of children and adolescents victims of sexual violence in Miracema do Tocantins. The research proposal is based on the conception that the articulated social protection network is fundamental to guarantee the rights of children and adolescents from Miracemense, since sexual violence is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that requires specialized technical actions for care, prevention, coping and accountability. The methodological procedures used were bibliographic research, through theses, dissertations, monographs, articles, which deal with the theme of social protection network and sexual violence against children and adolescents, using dialectical materialism as the method of analysis. Thus, we conclude that dealing with the phenomenon of sexual violence is still taboo, but fortunately Brazil already has legislation that has advanced in terms of tackling this violation, such as the social protection network that plays an extremely important role in ensuring the protection of the rights of women. childhood and adolescence, however it is disjointed, fragmented, making it difficult to break violence and defend rights.
