Resumo:
The research below outlines the possible avenues for the use of pedagogical, workshops in the teaching of history, in primary and secondary education, noting that it is possible to use this method of teaching in a manner consistent with the National Curriculum Parameters and the (LDB), reinforces the role of the teacher as a knowledge builder by demonstrating evidence of this role in a clear and precise way, due to the possibility of using creativity and practice in the teaching of history. Based on the workshops held at the Pedro Ludovico Teixeira State College in Porto National Tocantins. Its main objective is to stimulate teachers and students to use this method of teaching in everyday school, strain from the assumption of needs and constant searches for diversification of pedagogical practice, where professionals can effectively carry out their subjects and students can achieve Absorb and participate effectively in the process of teaching learning with more satisfaction taking into account the existing social reality. Another objective is to highlight the importance of regional culture, to bring students to the rescue of the popular knowledge of which they are part and awakens them to the valorization of cultural heritage.
