This study deals with the contribution of the Toy Library of the Reference Hospital of Miracema do Tocantins in the process of recovery of hospitalized children. The objective was to know the team that acts in the hospital toy library and analyze how the recreational activities are being developed by professionals. As a methodology we used the bibliographical research of a qualitative approach, and as a data collection technique we opted for non-participant observation where it was possible to know the space in which the actions take place and to talk with the professional team of the hospital toy library. Divided into three (3) chapters, we discuss in our theoretical framework the humanization policy of the single health system (humanizaSUS) and its contribution to the emergence of the hospital toy library in Brazil, in addition to the importance of ludic activities for the recovery process health of hospitalized children and adolescents and on the work of hospital toy playwrights. Finally, we present the data collected during the observation and the final considerations of the researcher. |
