Resumo:
The technological rise in recent years has enabled multiple facilities in all sectors of society, including the civil engineering sector, which is highly impacted by new technologies, requires constant improvement in its construction methodologies, as well as acceleration in productivity, while global requirements resort to waste reduction and environmental impacts. In this scenario, the present work was suggested, addressing the feasibility of using dry construction technology and high drywall productivity as a constructive methodology for internal sealing in slender buildings in a case study of a building with sixteen floors. A comparative analysis of the influence of the weight of the internal seals in masonry of ceramic blocks and in drywall on the building structure was carried out when carrying out the structural dimensioning with the aid of the Eberick software, all structural elements were launched based on the structural design executed of the building, changing the loading of the internal fence walls, due to this two projects were generated. With the projects carried out, the results were analyzed, which involved comparisons of global stability through the Gamma-Z coefficient (𝛾𝑍) and between structural elements such as beams, columns and slabs as well as the quantity of inputs (steel, concrete and forms) for both cases. After the structural analyzes, the costs for the inputs of the structure and for the execution of the seals in both projects were raised, for the first case all masonry walls with ceramic blocks and for the second case changing only the internal walls for drywall. There was a 5.6% reduction in costs for the inputs for the structure of the composite project with internal walls in drywall and a reduction of 1.9% when adding the structure-fence set for that same project with plasterboard. without the presence of rock wool and an increase of 4.45% with the presence of rock wool compared to the design with masonry of ceramic blocks in all fences.
