In the country, 80% of the cattle are beef cattle, with breeding in all Brazilian municipalities, mostly calf production, many producers do not have the records of information on the cost of production and the viability of the business, the sensitivity analysis and an important instrument, and of total importance because it helps to know the results, profitability for decision making. Therefore, the objective of this was to make a sensitivity analysis, for this, a case study was done, where the zootechnical indexes, the support of the property were raised and a projection of the herd, during the period of 10 years, to find the recipe and verified the expenditures, both fixed and variable, and also investments in infrastructure to find property expenses in the period, the economic indexes were found and a sensitivity analysis was carried out on a rural property in Santa Maria das Barreiras, in the State of Pará. Concluding that project is robust and feasible, with attention to the expected profitability. O Brasil e um grande produtor e exportador carne, possui o maior rebanho comercial do mundo com cerca 215 milhões de cabeças, já o Pará está na 4° posição em número de bovinos do país, com 22 milhões de cabeças. No país 80% das criações são de gado de corte, tendo criação em todos os municípios brasileiros, na sua maioria produção de bezerros, muitos produtores não possuem os registros de informações sobre o custo de produção e a viabilidade do negócio, a análise de sensibilidade e importante instrumento, e de total importância pois ajuda conhecer os resultados, lucratividade para tomada de decisão. Sendo assim objetivo deste foi fazer uma análise de sensibilidade, para isso foi feito estudo de caso, onde foram levantado os índices zootécnico, o suporte da propriedade e feito uma projeção do rebanho, durante o período de 10 anos, para achar a receita e verificado os gastos tantos os fixo como os variável, e também investimentos na infraestrutura para achar as despesas da propriedade no período, foram encontrados os índices econômicos e feita analise de sensibilidade, em uma propriedade rural em Santa Maria das Barreiras, no Estado do Pará.
